I've had to advise buyers their orders might arrive a day later than usual due to inaccessiblity of the local post office caused by rioting, looting, burning and destruction in the village near my home. I was going to draw some money from my bank but it was burned down. Thinking I might grab a bite to eat while contemplating my next move, but that too was nixed as many small businesses in the village are boarded up. So I figured I could pick up some food and make something at home only to discover the local grocery store was ransacked and closed til further notice. With all that, I really needed a drink, but you guessed it-liquor was an early prize in the looting. Out of frustration I'm tempted to do the unthinkable ....... lick some MNH stamps. Just because, well, because it's something I still can do in defiance of the times and without the obligatory mask in place, heh heh.
