Is Canada still producing quarterly packs?

I went on the Canada post website to try to purchase the fall and winter 2021 quarterly packs, but they are not part of their listings for available packs. So, I was wondering if anyone has heard that they have stopped producing these packs or if they are just late in coming out?

Yes. For 2021, quarters 3 and 4 are together in one pack.
