You can go to watching and type in Albania in the Listing Title or ID. Any that you are watching will come up. There isn't a total at the bottom however, which is a feature I was going to suggest at some point. The total would be especially helpful when I list the items for one store. I can match it with my Excel spreadsheet that I keep to see if I'm in synch.
Within the next few days we'll be offering a way to export your full inventory to a spreadsheet. So while not directly addressing totals (we have plans for that) you could easily total the column in your spreadsheet.
On BS When I went to itens Im selling I could filter Albania for example, it told me how many items and at the bottom a total value, if the number and value was right I knew I was good, if not I would find the difference. It was an incredibly nice feature.
It's absolutely essential for book keeping purposes - without it we don't have a clue whether there is $5000 total or $25000 total in our "inventory" without trying to manually add up all of the items. We had it on Bidstart and I am not sure why it wasn't just automatically added to Hipstamp. Those who file quarterly will need the information shortly...
Is this something simple (the total is there when I export it) or is it it something where I would have to get someone to set up formulas, etc ? On Bidstart the numbers were there. I tried to set up a spreadsheet with formulas once and was totally lost, and I presume others might be as well. Just wondering if I will have to hire someone to set up spreadsheet formulas to get back to what was free and simple on Bidstart and readily available on Ebay. SOR and other auction/sales sites.
Thank you Ted ... my Windows Excel is 2003 but I also have the latest version of Open Office - I've just never really used either for anything except playing around....and very unsuccessfully at that. Strange - in the 70's I kept track of billing projections for the next 18 months on 200 plus projects totaling over 20 million dollars of billings on a manual spreadsheet - piece of cake. Put me in front of Excel and I freeze. You make it seem simple - thanks
Carol, I have MS Office 2000 that I still use. The newer versions are backwards compatible, and I am unwilling to switch because I also use Access for databases (new price back in 2000 was over $500).
I had a problem on one of my computers and lost the office 2000 on it. I have replaced it with WPS and it seems to work so far... Of course, the price is right!!

1: Click on the empty cell below your last price.
2: Click on the Greek E, which is the autosum function. Excel (or in my case WPS) will highlight all the cells above.
3: Hit Enter, and, voila!
