Can't Find This Russian Stamp

Can anyone point me to this stamp in Scott's? It is very similar to #'s 79 and 124 in it's upper 3/4ths, but more like Scott A14 in it lower 1/4th except the numerals are in the upper portion as in Scott A15. Anyway I can't find it. Thanks.

  • John, I am away from my catalogs now, but the stamp has both Cyrillic and Latin inscriptions. Try early Finland, it was a Russian province before WW1. "Marka" and "penna" (pen.) are commonly found on Finnish stamps. If that 2c don't fit, just toss it back...
  • Finland Scott 70 or 79b depending on the perfs.
