I just sold a cover here that was sold on eBay in December of 2017 ! (the curse of keeping tight records). This is why I stopped using sync years ago as it seemed hardly trustworthy.
At any rate, I've already contacted the buyer and refunded his PayPal payment. If memory serves, there's a button around somewhere where I can request a FVF refund. Can someone please point it out to me?

I don’t recall ever seeing that on Hip. I always email support with a refund request.
