    thanks Ted for explaining this to Wayne. I have had 2 of my regular buyers ask me the same question via an email message. I never ran a sale with a minimum before - and I will not do that again because it makes it appear as there is no sale - unless you look at the promotions tab - which is not something most folks would do. I may update my store description with a notice of the Sale for the next few days.. Steve
