Why does Hip continue to allow dealers to put a "regular price" (which was NEVER a regular listed price by him) of double the catalogue value, just so he can give a FAKE 90% discount???
When I quit HS, it won't be because of increasing fees, but because of the continual blind eye Hip gives to these kinds of abuses.
Do you want to create loyalty among your dealers and buyers? Start by getting rid of these jokers . . er, I mean jester.

While his ultimate BIN price seems fair, it is not very good to represent that the customer is receiving a 90% discount. From double CV? Which he never has listed the item at and which no customer with any sense but ever consider buying that item at. Why not just list the item as the CV and his selling price? Easy enough and clear to customers.
