My Christmas Promo was a no go.

Friday, I set up a Christmas promo to run through New Years Day. As of yesterday, only 5 stamps out of hundreds the promo applied to showed the discount. I emailed "support" yesterday to notify them of the issue. No change today and my email resulted in an automated reply saying staff was off for the holidays, and may not get to my issue til the 27th. Nice! Bah humbug!
