  • Currently, if a Seller goes over the number of items within a store subscription level, we will contact them and ask them to upgrade their Store Subscription accordingly (as well as follow-up thereafter). However, in the near future this will be done automatically.

Why the low threshold of 10,000 for the basic store? It was much higher on StampWants (50,000, I believe, if my memory is correct, or maybe there even weren't any?).
  • I don't remember one either but I can't say for sure. I stopped listing when they were sold to SG. Only recently began listing again.
  • The differences from Basic to Featured store other than listing cap seem so minute. I suppose that is why 50+ sellers are holding out. Does anyone know what Rotation in Select Site Newsletters means? I do not believe I have seen a newsletter yet. Also how cool would it be if featured and premium were allotted a certain number of free auctions say 100-500 or something.

Greg, I'm the same as you on this.

The SG people and I simply did not get along well. It is much different with HipStamp. The staff are friendly, responsive, and do what they can to make things work. You don't feel like they're talking down to you. Plus, Mark is here to add to the stability.
  • Michael, it does seem that way. I just recently discovered the "magic code" on the spreadsheets that eliminates having to put a country code. All I had been listing previously was for the most part broken down SOR books as to do anything else meant looking up all the country codes. I do wonder why have them at all if you can simply put in a "0" on the upload file. I have yet to try this though. Next batch......
