Stamp identification help please

Hi all,

I am (finally!) finishing identification of my entire collection, about 14,000 stamps in all. But I have a handful that I just can't figure out. I would very much appreciate any help you might be able to give in identifying these stamps.

#1 - possibly Turkey, based on red crescent, but no star with it
