Germany Germania A16 vs A22 (What is the Diff?)

Here we have 3 stamps with no WMKs.

The right is darker than the other 2, so I am figuring it to be 65c from 1902, and the other 2 to be 96 from 1918.

Please share your thoughts on this. I am unable to see a visual difference between A16 & A22.

Scott 96 has no shading around the head of "Germania"

Jerold, since my 3 copies all have horizontal shading lines in the background this would mean all 3 are 65C's?
