Item Description
No hidden flaws detected. The collection ranges from the years 1986-1992 and is mostly complete. All the blocks I looked at are Never Hinged without flaws, but I can't guarantee that they all are since I didn't inspect each one, being old and lazy like I am.The binder is in excellent shape, and so are the pages. Since this is a collection of commemorative stamps, there are pages missing. If memory serves me well, the White Ace binder with pages cost around $250. If you have never seen a White Ace album, they are really nice! My favorite.
