#1312 5c BILL OF RIGHTS FDC 1966. The late Robert L. (Bob) Jones was the editor of Linn's Stamp News during the 60's in Sidney, Ohio. He produced small quantities of pasted photo cachets on covers. They are not add-ons since the photos are all tied to the covers by the first day cancellations. Another distinctive feature is that he prepared his covers with the flap at the bottom.
