Grade: Ungraded1314a 5c NATIONAL PARK SERVICE FDC 1966. Bob Jones in addition to his photo cachets was interested in phosphor tagged and luminescent stamps as well as socked-on-the-nose cancels. This cover has both which is rare. Uncacheted and ready for an add-on cachet. Unaddressed. Unsealed flap. The late Robert L. (Bob) Jones was the editor of Linn's Stamp News during the 60's in Sidney, Ohio. Another distinctive feature is that he prepared his covers with the flap at the bottom.
