MAY BE ONE OF A KIND BECAUSE OF THE HANDPAINTING!........GREAT ARTWORK BY ARTOPAGES!..I DO NOT KNOW THE COLLECTOR WHO DID THE HAND PAINTING........Just bought 800 Artopages with Mounted FDCs and Mint Plate Blocks and Singles. MUCH WITH HANDPAINTED HAND TINTING , SOME LATER ARE BLACK AND WHITE. I Believe the painting was done by the collector and not by the company so not commonly seen!.....Commemoratives, Airmails and Stationery from 1935 to 1974 or so.....................
