1830s stampless cover from Washington DC to Cincinnati, OH. Red CDS, free handstamp, free frank of J.H. Crane as a member of congress. NO content or docketing. Joseph Halsey Crane (1782-1851) was a member of the House from Ohio, 1829-1837.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
