1846 St. Clairsville OH stampless folded letter to Washington PA. GREEN CDS (no question about this one) with fancy negative 5 rate handstamp. Few spots; very nice example of this fancy green marking.From a large collection of canal town postal history I will be breaking up in coming months.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
