Item Description

Unusual circular rate stampless item from Bridgeport CT to Willimantic. Envelope only, no content and no date but likely early 1850s.  Red CDS with "paid" integral rate; "1 circular" manuscript endorsement.  This marking does not appear to be ASCC listed.

Ohio

combine shipping on won items but please aggregate things and pay in a

domestic shipping is FREE for this item (some of my items are consigned and I do

use a cardboard mailer where appropriate.  Over $50, tracking is included for domestic.  $2 shipping for international.  I
use at least one current stamp on
virtually all outgoing mail.  If you'd like tracking on a less expensive, you can simply select that option at the extra cost ($4.50, thanks to 2019 USPS rate changes).
