1850s stampless cover from North Scituate RI to Washington RI.  Black CDS, paid and 3 handstamps.  ASCC $50.  Small envelope, no content.

$1 basic shipping.  $20 and under, I use the Hip standard envelope.  Over $30, I
use a cardboard mailer where appropriate.  Over $50, tracking is required; $4.50 for domestic.  $2 letter shipping for international/$15 for Hip international tracking.
