1854 stampless folded letter from Clarksburgh, Ohio to pickaway county. Manuscript postmark and paid 3 rate; long legal content (deposition transcript and associated legal matters). Ross County 1827-1894, thereafter with the "h" dropped off the end. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
