1860s cover with 3 cent 1861, #65 (prior collector thought it was a pink; I disagree). Manuscript postmark appears to be ME or MA but I can't make it out clearly; rough at right.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
