1861 Troy OH 3 cent star die stamped envelope use to Gambier. Year dated blue CDS ,large circular grid cancel; manuscript "due 3" at top, with ink tain. Presumably a double rate use. Extensive writing on back seems to be from time of sending.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
