Nice use of the 15 cent E Grill, Scott 91, on folded cover from New York to Bordeaux, France in 1869. Large cork killer; partial red NY paid marking; blu eFrench marking ties stamp. Blue quadrille paper; outer wrapper only with on inner content (but with some docketing). Some spitting to central fold on front. 1994 PSE certificate notes genuine use.
