Scarce example of a revenue stamped paper international bill of exchange with a foreign revenue stamp on it. RN-C1 Washington imprint, Ball, Hutchings & Co., Bankers, of Galveston TX. First of exchange (second unpaid), in British Pounds and with 1p British inland revenue on back. Very hard to find thus; with some staining and corner creasing. Nice Texas stamped paper, particularly in foreign currency.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
