Scarce Beall Arkansas manuscript postmark on 2 cent brown stamped envelope to Kansas Cityu. Toned at right and bottom but uncommon short term Baxter County DPO, 1883-1887 ,Helbock R7.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
