1898 cover from Philadelphia, mailed locally and processed by the streetcar mail system. Philadelphia & Frankford RPO flag machine backstamp; origin marking is an American wavy bar machine. 2 cent green PSE, Philadelphia Trust, Safe Deposit & Insurance Co. corner card; a bit reduced at left.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
