Rare slogan flag cancel from Philadelphia PA's Reading Terminal Station for the National Export Exposition of 1899. Full length flag, 2 cent 1st bureau (with some damage at left); blue paper cover to Vassar College with Poughkeepsie NY flag backstamp. Bomar P99-10RTS, valued at $150 in the last print edition of the expo catalog. Flag Cancel Encyclopedia values at only $60 but this is an extremely difficult flag. the Payne slogan book alternately rates this as "very rare" or "extremely rare" depending where you look.
