Scarce 1900 document from the Cleveland Gas Light and Coke Company, with orange RN-X7 revenue stamp imprint. Adherence on back but it's not a repair; looks like part of a stub. There are a couple of file folds. This is likely a bill of exchange. (it's tempting to call it a receipt, which I mistakenly did, but receipts weren't taxed in the 1898-1900 period).Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
