Item Description
This Lot is an unusual China - Offices in Tibet Scott #1 in Mint Hinged condition. Stamp has deep rich coloring, four margins with centering slightly to the left, and excellent perforations all around. Surfaces, front and reverse, are clean. Moderate, but light, hinge mark on reverse with original gum. Please see pictures of front and reverse for condition and quality.
