The Design Closely Resembles An Official French Postage Stamp And Features A Detailed Blue Portrait Of A Bearded Man, Encircled By Laurel Branches, The Bannered Inscription “Exposition Philatélique Internationale,” And The National Emblem “RF” (République Française). At The Bottom, The Date “Paris 1913” And Denomination “10 Cent” Are Flanked By A Stylized Medal Or Star.
