Lovely full color ad cover for Don Caesar de Bazan cigars, Ferd. Haak Co, of Davenport IA. Universal machine cancel on 2 cent Washington Franklin; portrait corner card that probably matches the relevant cigar box label. Text on backflap for the cigar maker, with building vignette.
