Scarce 1916 France (French Indochina) WW I Delandre Propaganda Poster Stamp 5 Centimes For The French Red Cross Cambodia Unused Tiny Hinge Hinge Mark 80% Original GumThis Poster Stamp Was Issued In 1916 In Cambodia, Then Part Of French Indochina, As Part Of The Extensive Red Cross Charity Label Campaign Produced By Gaston Aime Camille Fontanille, Known As Delandre. It Features A Bold Red Illustration Of The Gallic Rooster, A National Symbol Of France, Positioned Between Two Red Crosses, With The Value “5c” Printed To The Right. The Design Bears The Patriotic Slogan “Pensons À Nos Défenseurs Blessés” And Highlights The Years “1914–1916,” Situating The Stamp Firmly Within The World War I Period.
