Approximately 6" x 9'Illustrated advertising cover and stationery from the Post Tavern in Battlecreek, Michigan, which was a hotel and home complex owned by C. W. Post (the Cereal King) and his family. It was built in 1901 and advertised as the "finest hotel between Detroit and Chicago." It boasted private telephones, private baths, and an English-style pub. The Post family lived onsite in a very large and opulent apartment.
