1924 Unknown (Possibly Hungary Or Austria) Poster Stamp Commemorate The 50th Anniversary Of The Universal Postal Union (UPU) Unused Hinge Remnant 60% Original Gum.This Poster Stamp Was Issued In 1924 To Commemorate The 50th Anniversary Of The Universal Postal Union (UPU), Founded In 1874 In Bern, Switzerland. The UPU Was Established To Create A Unified And Efficient International Postal System, Enabling Countries To Exchange Mail Under Standardized Rates And Regulations—A Landmark Moment In Global Communication. The Design Is Symbolic And Minimalist, Featuring A Large Crossed Envelope With The Dates 1874 And 1924 Printed On Either Side, Representing The Golden Jubilee Of The Organization.
