Neat 1930 Power of Attorney from Germany, with text in English and in german script; reverse with $2 consular revenue stamp used at Stuttgart; this is the perf 10 RK28 (Scott $125; compare with $5.75 for the perf 11 stamp). Inside second page of document also has a German revenue stamp; few paper clip markings; the clip is gone but the translation of the signature attest is prsent (but not scanned). Nice item.
