Up for auction is a beautiful airmail cover mailed and flown on the Graf Zeppelin from New York Usa to Prechtsweg Germany on the Graf Zeppelin First round Flight. Priced to sell. Postmarked May 31, 1930. Cover is in Good condition. Very nice zeppelin cover and great US franking and markings. Two Airmail stamp # C13 on cover with a 2016 value of $165 for each of the used stamp alone.Note there is a silver piece of tape or fabric on the envelope which all the stamps and cancels tie to. Based on selling prior zeppelin items I think this might be a piece of zeppelin skin or fabric. Otherwise there is no reason for it to be here as the envelope is not torn or damaged.
