I am breaking down selling a 128-page philatelic exhibit on the Third Reich Winterhilfswerk (WHW) campaigns as individual lots and in some cases full pages. Most material is still mounted on pages and the scans reflect this as there might be overlapping of items. When items are sold they will be removed from the page for shipping. Item description: 1930's German Nothilfe stamps and PCs examples, mint and used along with a rare order book for cards with and without prepaid indicia. Used Bildpostkarte (actually Jubilaunspostkart) has Scott #B34 as a charity label, not an up-rate to the 8 pfg. indicium, Essen to Remscheid. Additional images (example pages only) of the inside of the order book are shown. Book has 14 pages. All VF condition. See scan for condition. See all my other listings for great bargains. Note: Any order exceeding $100 must be sent by registered mail, no exceptions. For non-US addresses this is $17.15 plus the cost of regular postage and shipping charges (see below). We combine shipping under the following guidelines. First oz. domestic $2.00 S/H; foreign $3.00. Each additional item $0.35 up to 1 oz. weight. Thereafter extra postage added as necessary. Note that for foreign shipping anything over 3 oz. cannot be sent as a letter and requires package rates. In all cases we will apply cheapest shipping. Standard International mail is cheap but does not provide tracking numbers. If you require tracking additional costs for registered or priority mail will apply. Bid accordingly
