Grade: UngradedThe envelope is in very good condition with an unsealed flap. It does have a light pencil notation near the lower left corner. It is the 3 cent envelope of the Washington Bicentennial Issue. Note that the dark shading line on the left side of the envelope is not on the envelope itself but is the result of the photographic process.Note: On multiple purchases with shipping costs, I will use the item with the highest shipping cost and then charge $.20 for each additional item, up to a maximum of $3.50.
