Grade: UngradedThe envelope is in fair to good condition with an unsealed flap. It is the 4 cent envelope of the Washington Bicentennial Issue. The envelope has edge toning and more noticeable toning on the back flap. Note that the dark, vertical line on the left edge of the photo is not on the envelope itself but is the result of the photographic process. Note: On multiple purchases with shipping costs, I will use the item with the highest shipping cost and then charge $.20 for each additional item, up to a maximum of $3.50.
