Item Description
Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1938to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Iowa Territory. The stamp shows
the old capitol in Iowa City, IA. The picture below shows one of the stamps
from the sheet. Except for several sections of horizontal perf separation (largest 1 stamp wide) and some creases along the right edge, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was
purchased at the post office 80+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If
you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #838. Plate # 22092 UL.
