Up for auction is a beautiful cover from the Bornstedt sub camp of the concentration camp in Sangerhausen Germany to the Evers & Kornemann company in Leipzig. Postmarked September 21, 1942. Very clear cancels and markings. Sent by a staff member, or camp leader. Scarce official use cover, note it is not feldpost. Sangerhausen was a sub camp of Buchenwald and best known as the place V1 and V2 rockets were built by slave labor, very rare. Includes letter content. Note sure if the letter goes with the cover due to the different dates but I received them together.For the serious collector of Judaica and Holocaust related philately this is an exceptional item.
