Cover is addressed to Bremerton Washington and carries "U.S. ARMY / MAR 20 1944 / POSTAL SERVICE" cancel, and has ARMY EXAMINER censor mark and signature. Believe cover is U. S. Stamped Envelope Scott #UC4 Watermark #39 Type 2b, with Scott 2023 Specialized Catalogue value of $22.00 US. Cover measures approximately 173 mm x 98 mm, has lightly rounded corners and light wear on straight edges, as one would expect from originating in combat theater. Surfaces, front and reverse, show wear from postal handling. Worthy of further research.
