Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1948 to honor Francis Scott Key, the Maryland Lawyer who wrote _The Star-Spangled Banner_. The stamp shows a portrait of Key with a U.S. flag of 1814 and one of 1948. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Except for missing the narrow selvedge along the whole left side, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 70+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #962. I may have a variety of plate numbers and positions available so ask if you are looking for something in particular.
