This full set Commemorating is in very fine condition and ready for display or collection. The stamps feature nice design #Scott IL150-153, making them a must-have for any serious China stamp collector. The stamps were issued in 1950 and manufactured in the China with multi-color ink. This set are never underwater (never wash before) in very fine condition. The 1st value (4-1) & 3rd value (4-3) with offset at the back. This is the Reprint (2nd Print) issue. Perf. 12.5 & extra dot in the collar bottom. No Gum As Issued. Free Register shipping is included.
