Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1950 to celebrate the nation's Railroad Engineers. The stamp shows John Luther (Casey) Jones, a locomotive engineer killed in a train wreck near Vaughn, Mississippi and 2 locomotives, one from 1900 and one from 1950. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 70 years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #993.
