US 1954 10c Liberty Printed Date Precancel Error (1044-263) reads: MW FEB 60 & BAR. SCARCE!BEAUTIFUL STAMP, GREAT COLOR & RICH IMPRESSION. WONDERFULLY SCARCE ERROR!! "MW-15 is an Oakland only Montgomery Ward control. In February 1960 some stamps were printed JUNE 60in error instead of FEB 60. A heavy 2mm line was used to block out the June date when reprinted as FEB 60."PLEASE: see scan for condition and orientation. Sold as is.
