Full mint sheet of 70 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1955 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Andrew W. Mellon, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury (1921-1932). The stamp shows a portrait of Mellon. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 60+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1072.
