Full mint sheet of 50 - 4 cent stamps issued in 1960 celebrating the World Refugee year, July 1, 1959 - June 30, 1960. The stamp shows a family walking toward a new life. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 55+ years ago and is suitable for framing.
