Grade: VF (Very Fine)1976 United States Postal Service Special Stamp Mini-Album. Softcover folder and mint stamps for the year 1976. Beautiful collectible item prepared by the USPS. Includes 21 mint never hinged stamps from 1976, including the Spirit of '76 and Declaration of Independence stamps. The black stocksheet that came with the set is in poor condition with most of the pockets separating from the black background (very common in these vintage year sets). The face value of the stamps alone is $2.73. Buyer pays actual postage costs.
