Full mint sheet of 40 - 13 cent stamps issued in 1977 to promote the conservation and development of nations energy resources. The stamps show a sun, light bulb and gas can with the words "Energy Conservation" on one stamp and "Energy Development" on the other. The picture below shows a set of stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 40+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1723-24. I may have a variety of plate numbers and positions available so ask if you are looking for something in particular. For First Class, flat shipping with a stiff cardboard backing for mint sheets I charge a flat rate of $3.00 for all items made with a single payment going to US addresses.
